Dave Kettner
Dave Kettner is a seasoned legal executive and licensed patent attorney with deep expertise in intellectual property strategy, licensing, and enforcement. With over 18 years of experience and leadership in the renewables industry, he most recently served as President & General Counsel of Virent, Inc., a pioneer in renewable fuels and chemicals. Under Dave’s leadership, Virent played a pivotal role in several historic aviation milestones involving SAF while introducing bio-polyester to the market in products from Patagonia, Toray, and Coca-Cola. Prior to Virent, Dave was Chief Legal Counsel at the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) and practiced law privately.

Jessica Niekrasz
Jessica is an experienced company-builder, developer, biogas systems operator, master networker and professional advocate. A key member of ReCon’s deep bio-refining team, Niekrasz provides clients insights and ability to communicate effective marketing and development strategy valuable to audiences both inside and outside the industry. In her own words:
